Prague 5 April 2004 - Companies may now set up toll-free phone lines, the operation of which is paid for by the party being called, under more favourable conditions than ever. T-Mobile offers business companies the operation of toll-free lines for very favourable prices. A lessee of a toll-free line will be charged a price starting at CZK 2.90 per minute for an incoming call. The service will be available as of 6 April.

An indisputable advantage of the toll-free lines is the possibility of forwarding incoming calls to various numbers. This will allow optimizing the operation of the line, for instance, based on the time of day or the day of the week. The target number for call forwarding may be either the phone number of the T-Mobile Direct service, mobile phone number of the T-Mobile network or a fixed line of any fixed operator in the Czech Republic. Customers may choose from three types of call forwarding - fixed, time?dependent or multi-forwarding. In the case of fixed forwarding, all calls are addressed to a particular number chosen by the customer. Time-dependent forwarding is useful, for instance, for reflecting the working hours in the company. After the end of working hours, calls to a toll-free line can be forwarded, for example, to the employee's mobile phone. So-called multi-forwarding enables handling customers' calls even if the mobile phone is switched off or busy. Calls are then automatically forwarded, for example, to the mobile phones of other employees in the company.

"If a company selects the forwarding to T-Mobile Direct, there are no extra fees," says Jiri Dvorjancansky, Executive Vice President Marketing at T-Mobile, adding: "Toll-free lines also enable the setting up of restrictions. This important advantage allows restricting the number of annoying calls from telephone numbers from which the person establishing a toll-free line does not wish to receive phone calls."

A company which decides to set up a toll-free line with T-Mobile can either (according to the monthly fee) choose the last three digits to the 800 888 prefix or let the operator do so in the 000-999 extent.

Calls to toll-free numbers are not charged to callers. The price, which depends on the network from which an incoming call is originated and the network to which such a call is forwarded, is charged to the party being called. The price of a call is thus divided into two parts: the price for an incoming call according to the network of its origination and the price for an outgoing call according to forwarding.
