Prague, 21 November 2005 - So, you can't wait to open your Christmas presents but you're too old to sneak a peak? If you know something about Robbie Williams and his work, you can make waiting for Santa Claus more fun by taking part in a SMS quiz game. From today until 26 December, not only Robbie's fans can compete and win attractive prizes such as the latest Robbie Williams CD, Intensive Care, Sony Ericsson W800i music mobile phones (with a walkman) or Sony CD and MP3 players. Hundreds of prizes will be given out each day, as each 100th correct SMS answer to the contest question is a winner every day. Everyone who answers correctly will go to the finals where they can win one of 100 trips to next year's Robbie Williams concert in Dublin.
This great Robbie Williams contest consists of daily rounds culminating in an exciting final. To take part in the game, participants must first send a SMS with the text "HRA" to 5511. After that, they will receive a SMS with an easy question related to Robbie Williams. If they send a SMS with the correct answer, again to 5511, and at the same time their SMS is the 100th one, they will win one of the daily prizes, e.g., the Intensive Care album, a Sony MP3 or CD player or a Sony Ericsson W800i. Participants can try their luck in battling for the daily prizes repeatedly, but not more than 200 times per day. In each daily round, one participant can win up to two prizes.
In the case that an answer is correct but falls between 1 and 99, nothing is lost, as the player automatically goes to the final round. This will take place on 27 December and the 100 luckiest participants will win the grand prize - a trip to Dublin, Ireland, which will be one of the stops on Robbie Williams's upcoming tour.
All contest questions are related to Robbie Williams, but you do not have to be a diehard fan to be able to answer them. Everyone will surely know, for example, the correct answer to the question: "In which band did Robbie start his career - t-zones or Take That?" An SMS sent to 5511 will be charged according to the participant's tariff. Received SMS are free of charge.
