Prague, 11 June 2008 - The biggest Czech music festival, Rock for People, is fast approaching and its line-up looks very promising this year. And those T--Mobile customers who would like to attend it can use an attractive offer that T-Mobile has prepared for them. Fifty free tickets to the festival will be given away in an SMS competition that will run through 20 June. Two tickets will be awarded to each of 25 lucky winners. Users can access this competition and also find plenty of information about the festival at the www.t-music.cz/rockforpeople webpage, which also contains an exclusive interview with Kaiser Chiefs, one of the festival's headliners, conducted at their concert in Landgraff in the Netherlands.
The Rock for People festival will take place in Hradec Kralove from 2 to 5 July and apart from Kaiser Chiefs, the line-up also includes such great bands as The Offspring and Massive Attack, in addition to plenty of leading Czech bands and artists. This event is clearly not to be missed and T-Mobile customers have many options available to make sure they will be there. First, they can take part in a contest by answering a simple question available at www.t-music.cz/rockforpeople and sending this answer as an SMS to 4616. The SMS is priced according to the customer's tariff plan. The luckiest winner will not only receive two tickets to the festival but also get the possibility to meet a selected band backstage.
Those who do not succeed in the competition can buy a discounted ticket at a great price at T-Mobile's eShop, while supplies last. (More information is available here. And finally, those T-Mobile customers who are not quick enough but are enrolled in the T--Mobile Bonus loyalty program can get tickets for the festival in exchange for their Bonus points from the T-Mobile Bonus catalogue.
t--music zone
The t-music zone has become almost an inseparable part of Czech music festivals, and it will definitely not be missing at Rock for People either. It will provide festival-goers with many useful services such as the recharge corner equipped with chargers for all types of handsets. Also, ten notebooks connected to the net via the Internet 4G service will allow people to surf the web free of charge between individual sets. And those taking photos of the artists with their handsets will be able to print their pictures on the spot. There will also be fifteen football tables available for those eager to play a match against their friends, and those interested in changing the configuration of their handset or their tariff plan and other services will get plenty of advice and assistance from representatives of the T--Mobile Customer Centre.
For the first time at a music festival, T-Mobile customers will also be able to use a free SMS info channel this year. After sending an SMS with +TMUSIC to 4616, they will start receiving free SMS with the latest information about the artists and concerts, changes in the program and other related issues.
