T-Mobile introduces new tariff plans for businesspeople

Prague, 16 October 2008 - Beginning 19 October, T-Mobile is offering new Podnikatel credit plans intended mainly for small businesses. Credit may be spent on a broad portfolio of services, which makes these plans extremely flexible and effective. Prices of calls to all Czech networks start at CZK 2/min.; picture messages are priced at an unbeatable CZK 5 (all prices are stated exclusive of VAT). International calls to European countries cost only CZK 9.90/min.
"Studies show that cost is the main criterion for small-business customers when selecting tariff plans," says Vaclav Stepan, Vice President Business Marketing at T-Mobile, adding: "In addition to the lowest prices possible, businesspeople often want to be able to use the available credit more effectively. Podnikatel tariff plans are tailored to their specific needs and thus better meet their requirements.
There are six levels of the new tariff plans ranging from Podnikatel 200 to Podnikatel 2400. The figure indicates the amount of the monthly fee/credit exclusive of VAT. The detailed price list is shown in the table below. Credit may be used for almost all standard services - calls to Czech mobile and fixed-line networks, text and picture messages and data transmissions via an internet or WAP connection. Credit may also be used for international calls to zones 1-4 or calls within virtual private networks, which are priced at a special rate. Unused credit is rolled over to the next billing period.
Any of the Podnikatel tariff plans may be activated by businesspeople, i.e. holders of a business registration number, when signing a new or extending an existing subscriber contract, switching from Twist to a tariff plan or transferring from another tariff plan. The terms and conditions are similar to those of the other standard tariff plans offered by T-Mobile, including the possibility of changing the level of tariff plan. When signing a two-year subscriber contract, customers may opt for a HIT variant with an additional 20% of free credit or they may get a specially priced handset from the current T-Mobile Extra offer.

Notes:
Prices are stated in CZK exclusive of VAT. The first minute is billed in full, after which the call is billed in 30-second increments.
* The Podnikatel 200/HIT plan is intended solely for customers switching from the pre-paid Twist service to a tariff plan.
** Applies to international calls to zones 1, 2, 3, 4 (prices of calls to zones 5-9 are identical to those under the standard credit plans).
When transferring to a Podnikatel tariff plan from an older-generation credit plan, any unused credit is rolled over and remains valid for nine months. It can be used only after the standard monthly credit has been used up and may be used to the same extent as the standard credit.
Depending on their needs, customers may also activate selected add-ons with the Podnikatel tariff plans: T-Mobile Tym (T-Mobile Team), Kredit Pevna+ (Credit fixed+), Kredit Vikend+ (Credit weekend+), SMS Vikend+ (SMS weekend+), PS+ (Private network+), Surf+, Surf&Mail+ or Internet+. Monthly fees for these services are billed on top of the credit. In the case of data bundles, transmitted units do not use up free credit.
Small businesses may continue using the T30 to T1500 minute-based tariff plans. Beginning 1 November 2008, credit plans offered in this segment will be fully replaced by Podnikatel tariff plans.
