Grand and Grand PLUS: new plans offering unlimited calls

- The first truly flat-rate tariff plans in T-Mobile's portfolio

Prague, 27 January 2010 - Following the success of "friendly" tariff plans introduced last year, T-Mobile is launching an offer intended mainly for avid callers. When choosing the Grand or Grand PLUS tariff plan, customers no longer need to worry about the minutes they spend on the phone as these tariff plans offer unlimited calls to T-Mobile and fixed-line numbers and to all domestic networks respectively. The new flat-rate plans can be activated beginning this Sunday, 31 January.
"We have decided to respond to the needs of those customers who every month use a large number of calling minutes and give them full control over the size of their phone bill," says Martina Kemrova, Senior Head of Corporate Communication at T-Mobile, adding: "The new tariff plans are a logical continuation of our community-based tariff plans, allowing unlimited communication within a group of up to five users."
Grand - calls to T-Mobile and fixed-line numbers
Customers activating the Grand tariff plan can make unlimited calls to T-Mobile and fixed-line numbers. The monthly fee of CZK 2,000 incl. VAT includes a CZK 1,000 credit that can be used for other standard services - SMS (CZK 1.50 incl. VAT), MMS (CZK 4.90 incl. VAT), and calls to other mobile networks (CZK 2.90 incl. VAT). Unused credit is rolled over to the next month, when it is spent first.
Customers can choose whether they will sign a 24-month or 36-month contract. Those opting for the three-year contract can also select a mobile phone at a discounted price from the current portfolio.
Grand PLUS - calls without any limitations
Those who believe that the Grand tariff plan would not be enough to satisfy their needs can activate the Grand PLUS tariff plan, which offers truly unlimited calls to all domestic networks, both mobile and fixed-line. This tariff plan costs CZK 3,990 incl. VAT per month. Its users no longer need to control the length or frequency of their calls as all calls are included in the monthly fee. Text and picture messages are priced at CZK 1.50 incl. VAT and CZK 4.90 incl. VAT respectively.
As with the Grand tariff plan, customers can purchase a handset for a price starting at CZK 1 when concluding a fixed-term contract (for 36 months). The new tariff plans can be activated by both residential and business customers.
