- Priority connection to a live assistant for a fee of CZK 19
- If not put through in 20 seconds, customers will not be charged any fee
- Calls to the Customer Centre as well as all its services will remain free of charge
Prague, 2 February 2010 - Time is money, and T-Mobile has therefore been improving its customer care and is now offering users of prepaid Twist cards the possibility of a priority connection to a live assistant for an extra fee. Pilot operation of this premium service starts this Sunday, 31 January, and in several weeks' time the service should become available to all Twist customers. However, the option of using all services of the T-Mobile Customer Centre free of charge continues to be available to all users of prepaid Twist cards.
"Not everybody likes to use an automated voice response system or they might find the time before being put through to an assistant too long. For these customers, we have prepared the Express Infoline," explains Martina Kemrova, T-Mobile's spokesperson, adding: "But this does not mean that customers will now have to pay for using the infoline - all these services continue to be available free of charge and customers can now choose whether they wish to use the express option or not."
When calling the T-Mobile Customer Centre (at 4603), all Twist card users are now asked to choose whether they want to be put through to a live assistant immediately or whether they will first handle their request with the automated voice response system or later with an assistant. If they select the first option, they are served as soon as possible and using the Express Infoline will cost them CZK 19 incl. VAT per call. T-Mobile guarantees that customers will be put through to an infoline assistant within twenty seconds; otherwise they are not charged any fee.
Beginning with the launch of its trial operation on 31 January, the service will first be available to a selected group of customers. In several weeks' time, the possibility of testing it will be extended to all almost three million Twist card users.
