  • Customers to receive the latest news on their mobile phones free of charge for 30 days
  • Text and picture messages to be available every day exclusively to T-Mobile customers

Prague, 3 February 2010 - In partnership with the TV channel Z1, T-Mobile is extending its offer of news services. Every new subscriber can now use the new SMS/MMS information channel free of charge for 30 days. Customers will receive the latest business and other news in the form of a text or picture message directly on their mobile phones.

T-Mobile customers will now have the news they should not miss literally at their fingertips. All they need to do is to activate the new SMS/MMS information channel offering the most up-to-date information provided by the TV channel Z1.

Customers can order the latest news feed by sending an SMS with ++MMSZ1 to 4616 (the price of the order SMS depends on the tariff plan they are using). Every day, subscribers will receive up to three key messages in the form of an SMS. T-Mobile customers will also receive a summary of the top news stories in the form of an MMS.

Every new subscriber will receive text and picture messages informing them about the most interesting events, trends and related matters in the world of business completely free of charge for the first 30 days. The standard price for each additional 30 days is CZK 99 incl. VAT. Customers can naturally unsubscribe from the Z1 news feed at any time - by sending an SMS with -MMSZ1 to 4616. The free 30-day trial is available to customers subscribing to the above-mentioned SMS/MMS information channel for the first time.

After unsubscribing and subscribing again, the news service will be charged immediately according to its standard price, i.e. CZK 99 incl. VAT for 30 days. Text messages can be received on any type of mobile phone. To receive picture messages, customers need to have an MMS-enabled handset and activated reception of picture messages.
