Changes in TMCZ's Board of Directors

Prague, June 29, 2010 - Philipp Humm, the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., who is responsible within the Deutsche Telekom Group for Sales and Services in Europe as well as for the management of national companies in Austria, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Poland, will act as T-Mobile US`s president and CEO designate, and will replace Robert Dotson as CEO of T-Mobile US in February 2011.
At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 24, 2010, Roland Mahler, the current CEO of TMCZ, was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. He will assume the office on July 1, 2010.
At the same meeting, Albert Pott (1959) was co-opted as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Pott is in charge of the Area Management for the Slovak Telekom Group and additionally he is also responsible for Sales & Services across the SEE region.
