Prague, 28 July 2010 - T-Mobile has extended its offer of user-friendly mobile telephones designed especially for seniors. In cooperation with Emporia Telecom, the operator will offer the Emporia TALK Premium model from August 1. Simplicity and ease of use are the main features of this handset available for prices starting at CZK 1.
"It's been a long time since using mobile phones was just the domain of young people keen on new technologies," says Petr Dvorak, T-Mobile's Marketing Director, adding: "We are truly happy that our offer includes the Emporia TALK Premium handset, which meets the requirements of elderly users. This will enable them to easily stay in touch with their loved ones."

The Emporia handsets offering user-friendliness instead of a great number of various functions will now be available to a larger number of users," says Filip Ulik, Emporia Telecom Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Emporia TALK Premium is designed only for calling and sending SMS. The telephone's big keys, large and easy-to read text on a wide display and comprehensible functions meet the needs of elderly citizens. Its enhanced sound technology and louder ring-tones - compared to common handsets - are also convenient for people using hearing aids.
Delivered with a protective case, the handset has other useful features, such as an alarm clock and a handy flashlight. The usual price within the T-Mobile sales network will be CZK 2,099 including VAT, though the telephone can be purchased as a subsidised handset for only CZK 1.
