Prague, 13 August 2010 - T-Mobile is introducing a brand new offer of pre-paid plans. After calling for five minutes or sending five SMS to any network within the Czech Republic, customers can make calls and send SMS free of charge within the T-Mobile network for the rest of the day. This completely unique offer on the Czech pre-paid card market will be launched on Monday, 16 August 2010. The same prices of calls and SMS apply to all bundles: calls to all networks are charged at CZK 6.90 per minute, SMS at CZK 2.90. New Twist customers will get a top-up bonus of CZK 100 for a period of three months.
"Pre-paid card users want simplicity, comfort and favourable rates for calls to their loved ones. And this is exactly what our tariff plans offer," says Petr Dvorak, Marketing Director at T-Mobile, adding: "We were the first company to offer pre-paid cards on the Czech market in 1997. Economic results show how important this customer group is: T-Mobile is number one on the pre-paid card market and Twist customers comprise half of our customer base."
The new tariff plans for pre-paid card users offer a number of advantages. The major one is the fact that customers who reach a certain limit can make calls or send SMS to T-Mobile numbers free of charge for the rest of the day without any limitation. There is no top-up condition or any other limitation. Moreover, the system sends an automatic SMS notification to customers once the requested limit is reached and their subsequent calls and SMS are free of charge. New customers will get a reward: if they top-up credit with at least CZK 300 every month, they will get a bonus of CZK 100 for three months. Current customers will not miss out either: the operator is including them in various campaigns in which, depending on the amount of credit they top up, they can get various rewards, e.g. bonus credit, free SMS, etc.

Twist Zacinam
From 16 August 2010, the Twist Zacinam plan will be set up on each new SIM card. Customers may immediately choose if they prefer the Twist Povidam or the Twist Posilam plan. The switch is made immediately by simply sending an SMS. If the customer is not sure whether he or she has made the right choice and wants to change it, no problem: T-Mobile enables two switches free of charge so that customers can select the option that best suits their needs.
Twist Povidam
The Twist Povidam plan is perfect for keen callers. After calling for five minutes to any network, the user will get free calls to T-Mobile numbers. Free calls are valid until the end of the day, i.e. until 23:59:59. The initial five minutes of calling to any numbers add up by seconds throughout the day. It is entirely up to the customer how he or she reaches the limit - e.g. by one five-minute call, by five one-minute calls or any other way. Once the customer reaches the limit, an automatic SMS notification will be sent informing the customer that subsequent calls to T-mobile numbers are free of charge. If the tariff-plan user is also a Sponzor ("Sponsor"), he or she will collect minutes also from calls from the sponsored person. If the Sponsor has reached the limit for using the benefit on a particular day and receives a call from the sponsored person who has a T-Mobile number, the call is also free of charge. This plan may be combined with the following add-ons: Surf+, Vikend+, Pevna+, Nej Nonstop, SMS Vikend 300.
Twist Posilam
The Twist Posilam plan is designed in particular for passionate SMS users. A limit of five SMS sent anywhere within the Czech Republic applies to this plan. When this condition is met, the customer is informed via an SMS and can send free SMS to T-Mobile numbers for the rest of the day. The mandatory limit does not apply to SMS sent to the Nej cislo ("the best number") within the NejNonstop bundle. With this plan, customers may also activate any of the following add-ons: Surf+, Vikend+, Pevna+, Nej Nonstop, SMS Vikend 300 and Volani 100.
Of course, the sending of SMS notifications can be cancelled simply by sending one SMS. This method will also enable customers to verify anytime during the day whether or not they have reached the limit for making free calls or sending free SMS.
Customers may continue using the current Twist plans as well, or switch to them from the new plans in the standard way. The same applies to the activation of the Twist Povidam and Twist Posilam plans.
