  • Free SIM cards, deferred payment of Statements of Services
  • Handsets at discounted prices, possibility of early contract extension with a handset for CZK 1
  • Offers are valid until 31 October 2010

Prague, 9 August 2010 - Flooding that occurred on August 7-8 affected the lives of people mainly from the Liberec Region in the north of Bohemia. While mobile technologies were put back into operation within several hours, it will take weeks or even months to repair the damage to property and the environment in the affected area. T-Mobile is aware of this difficult situation and has therefore issued a special offer for users affected by the flooding. Until 31 October 2010, customers may request several kinds of relief which can help them while they deal with this difficult situation.

Customers who prove that a natural disaster has caused them serious harm can receive the following benefits:

  • For tariff plan customers, a new SIM card with their current number free of charge upon request. This offer is also valid for prepaid card users where alternative authorisation will be performed (e.g. verification of the most frequently dialled number, date of the last top-up, etc.);
  • Discount of CZK 500 on a new handset (the discount applies to a newly purchased handset as well as to contract extension or to changeover from a prepaid card);
  • The Samsung E1170 for CZK 1 (applies to contract extension or changeover from a prepaid card);
  • Possibility of early contract extension;
  • Deferred payment of the last Statement of Services or agreement on an instalment plan.

Benefits can be combined.

In order to be able to receive a benefit, the customer must present an identification document/substitute identification document and a document proving that the customer has been significantly affected by the natural disaster, e.g. a document proving that the customer has been provided with extraordinary material-need benefits, record of damages or other document proving that the customer has been significantly affected by the natural disaster.

All benefits can be obtained at T-Mobile shops, and most of them at the Customer Centre (by dialling 4603 - from T-Mobile numbers free of charge, or 603 603 603 from other networks).
